The Mah Jongg Section offers a variety of opportunities for Mah Jongg play in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A volunteer is present to help, but players are expected to understand the tiles and to know the basics of Mah Jongg play. The Mah Jongg Section periodically offers classes and special events as well. We play American MahJongg.

Players are expected to understand the tiles and game rules. No instruction is provided at Drop-In Play, but a volunteer will be present to help.
Classes are offered periodically. There are no fees for Drop-In Play, but beginner classes cost a minimal charge. Our instructor is an in-house Club member, so the fee is a fraction of the cost of outside instruction.
Each member must purchase and bring their own Mah Jongg card. Mah Jongg cards are updated yearly. Members are also encouraged to purchase a Mah Jongg set to bring to Drop-In Play.
Schedule
MahJong Drop In Play occurs several times weekly and monthly:
Mondays 2-4 PM
Tuesdays 4:30-6:30 PM
The 4th Wednesday of each month from 7-9 PM
Drop-In PLay takes place in the South Wing.
Beginner Classes, annual card reviews, & Mah Jongg parties are also scheduled throughout the year.

Players must purchase their own Mah Jongg card for each year.
