The Scholarship Committee administers the Louise Ogle Scholarship Fund and awards educational scholarships to area high school seniors entering college who demonstrate academic achievement, school involvement, community service, and financial need.
Details and Other Information
The Committee consists of at least five members, and directs the work of the Club on behalf of certain scholarships. It presents its candidate(s) to the Club membership no later than the March General Meeting. The Committee prepares a budget and allocates the designated funds for area graduating high school students entering college, and/or for other educational purposes, subject to the approval of the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors and the Club membership.
