The Personnel Committee is responsible for employing the Clubhouse staff, including the Club Manager, Custodians, and Rental Event Managers. The Committee prepares job descriptions to fill vacacies, communicates with job applicants, reviews job applications, conducts interviews, contacts references, and suggests salary rates.
Details and Other Information
The Committee includes one designated member, which is the Chair of Clubhouse and Grounds. The Chair of the Personnel Committee is a designated member of the Finance Committee and the Clubhouse and Grounds Committee. The Chair of the Personnell Committee is the liaison between the Club membership and the Clubhouse employees.
Schedule
The Personnel Committee meets as needed when there is a vacancy in Clubhouse staff.
