The Executive Committee is the governing body that leads decisions on major issues in the operation of the club, including budgets, committee chairs, and events and activities. Decisions of the Executive Committee may also go to the Board of Directors and general membership, as appropriate.
Details and Other Information
The Executive Committee is comprised of Officers of the Club, along with the Parlimentarian. The Officers comprising the Executive Committee include the Co-Presidents, the Vice Presidents, the Recording Secretary, the Corresponding Secretary, the Assistant Secretary, the Treasurer, the Associate Treasurer, and the Assistant Treasurer. The Recording Secretary takes meeting notes and files the notes for the record.
Schedule
The Executive Committee meets on the second Wednesday of the month.
