The Dues Chair is responsible for communicating with members during dues season and collecting dues from members on an annual basis. The Dues Chair also works with the Membership Committee to update the member roster annually after dues have been received.
Details and Other Information
Annual membership dues are determined by the Finance Committee and subject to the approval of the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Club membership.
Dues statements are sent to members by April 1, with payment due by May 31. Members who fail to pay their dues by the deadline may be charged a reinstatement fee. Members failing to pay their annual dues forfeit Club membership.
Schedule
The Dues Chair meets and communicates with other Club officials and committees on an ad hoc basis, as needed.
