Chaplain

The Chaplain:

• Keeps in touch with sick and shut-in Club members.

• When there has been a bereavement, contacts families of Club members, sends a bereavement gift to the family, sends a note of appreciation to the contributor(s), and informs the Treasurer of the gift or donation, which is credited to the Memorial Fund.

• Maintains the Memorial Book of deceased Club members.

• Notifies the Club members, through Bulletin announcements and reports at Club General Meetings, of any illness or bereavement among members and their immediate families.
