The WCCC Art Show is a longstanding show and sale offering local artists an opportunity to display and sell their work. It is well known for featuring talented artists showing quality art in a wide range of styles. The most recent Art Show featured more than 450 works of art from more than 130 local artists, showcasing the amazing talent in our community and offering appealing original art at affordable prices. The show is open to all local artists and is not juried.
The art show committee is comprised of members who have agreed to take on specific areas of responsibility related to producing the art show. These areas include monitoring artist submissions, planning the production of show documents and materials, working during show week, including physical setup of the show, art drop-off day, serving as liaison to the judge, coordinating the final display arrangement, reception planning, overseeing buyer art pick-up, managing artist pick-up, and tracking income and expenses.

The 2026 Community Art Show and Sale was our 50th annual show. The show was started as and continues to be a community service, providing local artists with a venue to show and sell their work and raising money for art scholarships. The show and sale is a 100% volunteer effort by members and friends of the Woman's Club. The 2027 art show is scheduled for April 9-11, 2027.
Schedule
The co-chairs are involved in show planning for about four months of the year, January through April. The art show committee does not meet regularly, since members' tasks do not overlap significantly and members work independently. However, in the two months prior to the show we schedule art show work groups that are open to all members. The work groups are assigned a variety of tasks involving the organization of and production of show materials. The work groups are typically 4-6 people and are usually held twice a week, although the schedule depends on the tasks that are needed.
